Guidelines
All
items must be hand made
by the exhibitor
Limited indoor spaces will be available
on a First Come First Serve Basis. No Tent Stakes Allowed On The
Outdoor Spaces. Some tables will be available for an extra
fee. Electricity is available
inside, but is limited.
Fair
date is Saturday, October 25th, 2008
Hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
No early takedown
Set up time is available
Friday night and the morning of October 25th from 7
am to 9 am. All booths must be operating by
9 am.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying
with State of Texas sales tax laws.
The Senior Citizens of The Colony will be a
drawing at the Fair. We would appreciate your donation of one of your
items for this fundraising drawing. Please bring your item so the Senior
table on fair day. Thank You
Individual Vendors may not sell tickets,
nor may they sell beverages, prepared food or baked goods. The sponsors
may bar any items that they consider to be in bad taste.
Applicants must submit a completed
application with full payment and enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for return of notification with
table assignment.
